Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in any pickleball event hosted by Mr. Big Dill, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that pickleball is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, overexertion, equipment failure, and weather-related hazards. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully accepting all risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability
   I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives, hereby release, waive, and discharge Mr. Big Dill, its owners, employees, agents, and event partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind arising from my participation in any pickleball event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Medical Fitness
   I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in pickleball activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to stop playing immediately if I feel unwell or injured.

4. Equipment Responsibility
   I accept responsibility for the proper use of any equipment I bring or borrow during the event and agree to return borrowed equipment in good condition.

5. Photography & Media Release
   I grant Mr. Big Dill permission to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Big Dill, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from my participation in the event.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
   By booking this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver. I understand that this agreement is binding and intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.
